We all think about apperance. I began to compare myself with women who glared from the neon signs. I saw their faces, their figures and I imagined myself as beautiful as they were. I even didn’t think that their appearance was due to work of visagists, trainers, dieticians e t.c. and even technical corrections.

Now I realized that everybody may look like as model from TV as there are a lot of media that can make your apperance ideal and this all depends on your wish and patience. Good appearance I fully connect with sporty or active way of life, proper nourishment, high-quality cosmetics, ecology and timely relaxation. Physical and psycological constituents are going side by side together.


I tried to go in for sports but it was too complex for me. I tried to run early in the morning, I went for tennis and swimming-pools but there was no result as I had no motivation for it. I didn’t think about advantages that they may introduce to me. So first step is strongly motivation no matter of what it will be. It is the only that can lead you to a needed result.

You may choose running early in the morning, or go in for combat or cycling or expensive fitness. Everything is good if it is comfortable to you. In case you can’t wake up yourself early in the morning and it’s difficult to you to make a move so this is not your choice. You mustn’t exert yourself and you have to know that training must be easy and comfortable to you.

Maybe you are beginner or your physical possibilities are limited andyou don’t need extreme loadings so you firstly should consult a medicine before going in for activities. Maybe you don’t have enough money for expensive fitness complex or sports (for the time being ;) ) , so you must sensibly evaluate your possibilies.

When you enjoy your activities you have to remember that professional records are only for professional sport. You only do this for vitality and health. So don’t do what is beyond your powers.

In the other hand you have to realize that if you don’t make a good physical loading the result may not come. So each training you must do as best as you can as after it you’ll have a good rest and state of health.

I know that result will come soon if you observe these simple rules.
