I was ill for a week, therefore I couldn’t support the idea of fitness experiment (it was postponed). It was very hard to be back to used way of life.

When I came to the gym I had to begin from the very beginning. To start again you have a risk to be overloaded. Training was common, but I broke my back and rest of the day spent in the bed.

Its a little bit getting me worry as I really don’t know what to do and the next training is expected on Monday. May be sauna will save me, just heating the back, or a good massage, but if the pain will go on I’d consult a doctor.

I didn’t make measurements of my weight after 1 week of illness, I should do it the next training just to see if something changed when you’re not in for sports.

Now it is the day off and I’ll move to the summer house. There I’ll find my bike and will ride it for my pleasure. And…you’ll not believe! I’m trying to find good tennis-court and to play tennis there!

I didn’t want to do that but only due to the experiment I stood on the scales and it showed 67kg. My aim is to have weight 62 kg in 2 month.
I’m going to control it every week.

Now I have trainings 3 times a week and no limits on nourishment (fruits, sweets as much as I want).

It’s difficult to admit that I need this limit to achieve my results, but sometimes it seems to me to loose my motivation. Maybe the reason of it that when I become taller I allow myself weekness and cannot support my weight for a long time, maybe my leanness doesn’t tell on my cloth size.

I have trainings in gym with trainer for about 2 hours plus cardio approximately 15 -20 min. The result won’t come soon. Next weighing will be next week.
