I was ill for a week, therefore I couldn’t support the idea of fitness experiment (it was postponed). It was very hard to be back to used way of life.
When I came to the gym I had to begin from the very beginning. To start again you have a risk to be overloaded. Training was common, but I broke my back and rest of the day spent in the bed.
Its a little bit getting me worry as I really don’t know what to do and the next training is expected on Monday. May be sauna will save me, just heating the back, or a good massage, but if the pain will go on I’d consult a doctor.
I didn’t make measurements of my weight after 1 week of illness, I should do it the next training just to see if something changed when you’re not in for sports.
Now it is the day off and I’ll move to the summer house. There I’ll find my bike and will ride it for my pleasure. And…you’ll not believe! I’m trying to find good tennis-court and to play tennis there!

I didn’t want to do that but only due to the experiment I stood on the scales and it showed 67kg. My aim is to have weight 62 kg in 2 month.
I’m going to control it every week.
Now I have trainings 3 times a week and no limits on nourishment (fruits, sweets as much as I want).
It’s difficult to admit that I need this limit to achieve my results, but sometimes it seems to me to loose my motivation. Maybe the reason of it that when I become taller I allow myself weekness and cannot support my weight for a long time, maybe my leanness doesn’t tell on my cloth size.
I have trainings in gym with trainer for about 2 hours plus cardio approximately 15 -20 min. The result won’t come soon. Next weighing will be next week.

Hello,
and I’m still here.
I’m trying to keep you in touch about my fitness experiment. Each report will be made after my training at the gym.
Today I’ll have training in gym, yesterday I visited step and swimming pool.
I had a lot of fun because it’s very energetic to move to the music, to listen to the rythm and to dance. I even didn’t set up goals but felt only rythm. After that I swam in the swimming-pool and visited turkish bath. Who doesn’t know, it is a bath with a lot of steam in it.
I also met my friends here, they are trying to keep fit but they don’t visit gym permanently.
Soon I provide you with info about my parameters on which it is easy to track changes.

Summer comes soon. very soon. Hot days, warm nights, less clothes. Not for you? You’re ashamed of your body? By this fitness experiment we’ll try to get perfect body in short times. Yes, this will demand some efforts from you, but this won’t be difficult as we are together.
You consider yourself to be fat? Your body is but someone told you there is something to be improved? You’re perfect? We all can participate and discuss the results.
From now I start the fitness experiment and will track it daily. Not every day but very often as I have 3-5 trainings a week. Each post will be provided by photos of me and detailed reporting what I’ve done to achieve the results, what have changed from last training and how it influenced on me.
Sometimes it is extremely difficult to make yourself to go in for fitness and will have a training for 1,5 hour, you want to go to the restaurant or to buy a tasty cake and to eat it in front of your TV? It is so familiar to everybody! It is also familiar when you see yourself in the mirror feeling sorry of that. For me too and I’ll try to explain how to overcome this and to achieve good result.
Next post will be provided with photo of me and short description of my work at gym and my schedule. Everybody welcome!

We all think about apperance. I began to compare myself with women who glared from the neon signs. I saw their faces, their figures and I imagined myself as beautiful as they were. I even didn’t think that their appearance was due to work of visagists, trainers, dieticians e t.c. and even technical corrections.
Now I realized that everybody may look like as model from TV as there are a lot of media that can make your apperance ideal and this all depends on your wish and patience. Good appearance I fully connect with sporty or active way of life, proper nourishment, high-quality cosmetics, ecology and timely relaxation. Physical and psycological constituents are going side by side together.

This conception is much more wider here and touches almost all spheres of life where the relationships appear. We find relationships at work, between colleagues, when driving the car, we have the relationships even with nanimate things. Some relationships may characterize us as personality. Here I try to develop this thought.

Long-long ago in ancient Greece there was a beautiful body cult. When you find yourself on the beach on the sea you’re like ancient greek because you have to show your body. You see a lot of beautuful people and you try to analize - what they are? Is it easy? And - that is the basic - may I be the same? Here we can analyze physical, emotional and psychological area and also how to remain healthy to achieve your goals.
